We run a full embroidery room on site. Club crests, society logos, company branding and personal initials — applied to golf wear, bags, headcovers and towels here at Minchinhampton, not sent away and waited on.

Done here, so it’s done properly
Most clubs send personalisation out to a third party, which means long lead times, minimum orders and no way to check the result until it lands. Our embroidery room is a few steps from the professional shop.
That means we can digitise a logo, stitch a sample and show it to you before committing to a run — and turn round small quantities that an external supplier would not take on.

Embroidery: how it works, and what it costs
Send us the logo
Any decent quality artwork will do to start. We will tell you whether it needs redrawing before it can be stitched.
Digitising
The artwork is converted into a stitch file — the one-off step that decides how sharp the finished embroidery looks. Charged once, from £10 for something simple up to £30 for a full logo set-up, depending on the file you send us.
Approve a sample
We stitch one and you look at it. Colours, size and placement all adjustable before the full run.
The run
Garments supplied by us or brought in by you, embroidered from £5 each. Because placement, stitch count, garment and quantity all move the price, every job is quoted before we start — no surprises on collection.

Every job is quoted before we start. Send us the artwork and tell us the garment and quantity, and we will come back with a price.
Also in the room
Laser etching, on metal and almost everything else
Alongside the embroidery machines we run an xTool F1 Ultra. It carries two lasers in one head — a 20W fibre for metal and a 20W diode for wood, leather, acrylic and slate — which between them cover almost anything you would want marked. It runs at up to 10,000mm per second, so a set of ball markers is minutes rather than an afternoon.
On metal
Stainless steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, silver and gold. Ball markers, divot tools, money clips, bag tags, trolley plates and trophy plaques. The fibre laser will also mark in colour on stainless, so a crest can come out in club navy rather than plain grey.
On wood, leather, slate and acrylic
Head covers, valuables trays, yardage-book covers, hip flasks, slate coasters and presentation boxes. It cuts as well as engraves — wood to 15mm, acrylic to 12mm — so society trophies and bespoke gift boxes can be made here from scratch.
On your own clubs
Wedges, putters and irons stamped with initials, a date or the crest. One thing to know first: etching a club is permanent, and it can affect both the warranty and what the club is worth second-hand. We will always tell you that before we start, and on a valuable putter we will usually talk you out of it.
The bed is 220 × 220mm, which takes anything from a ball marker to a putter head. Artwork works exactly as it does for embroidery: send us what you have and we will tell you whether it needs redrawing first. Etching starts at £5.00 an item. Beyond that every job is quoted before we start, because material, size and quantity all move the price — ask at the counter or drop us a line and we will price it up.
