1. Who we are This website is operated by Minchinhampton Golf Professional Shop & Teaching Academy Ltd trading as Minchinhampton Golf Academy, of Minchinhampton Golf Club, Minchinhampton, Stroud, Gloucestershire GL6 9BE. Registered in England and Wales, company number 07980242. Registered office: 9 Wheatstone Court, Waterwells Business Park, Quedgeley, Gloucestershire GL2 2AQ. VAT registration number GB 408 3407 69. 2. Prices Prices shown include VAT where applicable. We take care to price correctly, but if we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered we will contact you before proceeding and you may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it.

3. Booking a session Bookings for lessons, fittings, putting analysis, practice and simulator hire are taken through our booking provider and are subject to availability. Where you book a session with a named professional and that professional becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative time or another member of the team.

4. Moving or cancelling a session Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel a booked session. With less notice, or where you do not attend, we may charge the full price of the session. If we cancel, you may rebook or have a full refund.

5. Arriving late A session runs for the time booked. If you arrive late we will use the time remaining rather than run into the next booking.

6. Custom-fitted equipment and personalised goods Clubs built to your specification, and garments or accessories embroidered to your order, are made to your requirements. Because they are personalised, you do not have the 14-day right to change your mind that applies to other online purchases, and they cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or not as specified. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty. Lead times quoted for custom orders are the manufacturer’s estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Embroidery and artwork By sending us artwork you confirm that you are entitled to have it reproduced. We will digitise artwork to the best standard the file supplied allows, and we will show you a sample before a full run wherever possible. Digitising and set-up charges cover work already done and are not refundable once the stitch file is produced.

8. Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are governed by our Gift Voucher Terms.

9. Your right to cancel online purchases For most things bought through this website you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund. This does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods (see clause 6), or to a service you have asked us to begin and which has been fully performed.

10. On site The academy sits within a working golf club. Please follow the instructions of our staff, keep to the areas you have booked, and take care around hitting bays and moving equipment. Personal property is brought on site at your own risk.

11. Our liability We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

12. This website The content of this site, including text, images, video and our logos and crest, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. We may change or withdraw content at any time. We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted.

13. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
